Cancelation Policy

Please notify us via phone or email 24 hours prior to cancellation. Due to the current events regarding COVID-19, Pearl Beauty Boutique may be required to cancel appointments based upon the Alameda County Shelter in Place Orders. In the event that these orders get extended, clients will be notified of cancelled appointments and will be required to re-book their appointments for dates that fall outside the extension.
